Payment: Advance payment by T/T.
Delivery Times: To be delivered at our factory within 30 days after confirming your payment.
Minimum Quantity to be ordered: 100,000 Japanease yen in total.
Packing: Each unit in simple cardboard box.
All gift boxes need the extra charge.
Any shipping Cost, Tax, Transfer fee, Insurance & Ocean Freight: NOT INCLUDING, which are Buyer's care.
Inspection: Our inspection before shipment to be final.
The expiration of this price list: December 31. 2009.
Invalidity in price list: At the change of the exchange of 8% or more. (As of Febrary 1, 2009)

ARBITRATION: Any dispute, controversy or difference which may arise between the parties hereto,
out of or in relation to or in connection with the Contract to be entered into according to this Price List,
or any breach thereof shall be settled, unless amicably settled without undue delay,
by arbitration in Osaka, Japan in accordance with the rules of procedure of The Japan Commercial
Arbitration Association. The arbitral award shall be final and binding upon both parties hereof.
GOVERNING LAW: The Contract to be entered into according to this Price list shall be governed by
and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
TRADE TERMS: Trade terms such as EXW, FOB, CIF and any other terms which may be used in this Price List
shall have the meanings defined and interpreted by the Incoterms 2000 Edition, ICC Publication No.560.
